SHF series laboratory high temperature furnace has a perfect performance design, possessing many patents, its safety, reliability and practicability all have achieved the best effect.

2. Applying patent double furnace chamber structure, special furnace top building technology, having the characteristics of fast heating, furnace top not collapsing in over temperature , furnace chamber not dropping ashes in high temperature; insulation material applying inorganic fiber manufactured in vacuum forming technology, special insulation design.
3. MoSi2 rod set in the both sides of the furnace hearth, easy to change.
4. Furnace body is good quality of double layer carbon steel shell, air circulation heat insulation, the temperature of furnace shell surface is low.
5. SCR control, Transformer voltage regulation, PID parameter self-setting function, manual/automatic switching function without interference, having over temperature alarm function, and function of temperature compensation and correction.
6. Having over temperature alarm function, having built-in parameter password control function.
7. Heating rate is 5-15℃/min, 50 programmable periods, controlling heating automatically
8. High precision temperature control, display accuracy¡À1℃, over temperature value is less than 3℃.
9. Multiple safety protection design, good safety performance, long service life.
10. User could select paperless recorder, or RS232 communication interface, realizing field control through computer and to record historical data and heating curve without paper
