Products purpose
It is mainly applied to sintering and oxidation experiments of cermet material, composite ceramic material, nanophase material, functionally gradient material, nanometer thermoelectric compound, crystalline material.
Technical features
1. SHF.HE series composite ceramic heating element used in this kind of furnace not only could be used under oxidizing atmosphere, but also could be used under vacuum and inert gas atmosphere, this kind of technology is the latest technology of ultra-high temperature box resistance furnace internationally.
2. The highest working temperature of SHF.HE series composite ceramic heating element under oxidizing atmosphere could be 2000℃, long term working temperature could be 1950℃, The highest working temperature of SHF.HE series composite ceramic heating element under vacuum and inert gas atmosphere could be 2600℃, long term working temperature could be 2200℃, application conditions shall take technical parameters of order as standard.
3. Fast heating , the furnace could reach 1800℃ within 150 minutes.
4. Having good effect of thermal shock resistance, the furnace could be used in the performance experiment of thermal shock resistance of ultra-high temperature material, stable and reliable heating element, long service life, low maintenance cost.
5. The furnace applies SHF.TR series ultra-high temperature sensor to measure temperature inside furnace, high temperature measurement accuracy, good performance of controlling temperature.
